Please read our Shop and Shipping Policies before ordering
Processing time:
- Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. We are a small business and pack each order with care, in the order they are received. Thank you for your understanding.
- Subscription box orders will be processed within the timeframe indicated on the listing – Vintage Craft Boxes usually ship by the 20th of the month
- If you ordered other items in addition to your subscription box, please note that your entire order will be processed and shipped together following subscription boxes time frames
Backorders
Some out of stock items are available for pre-orders. These will be indicated as “Available on backorder” or listed as “PRE-ORDER’ when adding an item to your cart. For more information on back orders, please visit the Backorders tab in our Shop & Shipping Policies.
Shipping
All orders are shipped and tracked with USPS First-Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days. Delivery times may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will promptly receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment here by entering the tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control of it.
If your order has not been delivered within 4 weeks from your shipment date, please contact us at customerservice@coracreacrafts.com
If the package is returned to us due to inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking to all countries.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will promptly receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please keep a close eye on your tracking as a lot of packages are being returned to sender if not picked up at the post office within a certain timeframe. The local postal services sometimes fail to warn the recipient about packages waiting to be picked up.
Tracking to Asia, Middle East and South America is limited*: there will be no tracking update between the package leaving the United States and the package being delivered to you. * This does not include Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Turkey, and Israel which provide full tracking
Delivery times may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. As a general rule, shipping takes 3-5weeks from the time of shipment. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Holidays.

Customs
All goods shipped internationally must pass through customs before they are allowed to enter or exit a country.
We collect VAT for EU countries at the time of purchase. This allows us to ship EU orders as Delivery Duty Paid. This results in faster delivery of packages. This also means you will not have to pay any taxes or fees upon receipt of your package.
We do not collect taxes for any other countries. We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, and import duties that may be issued by your country.
International customers can occasionally experience long delays for orders being held at customs. We are not responsible for any such delays or for orders returned due to customs. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs
Due to the nature of our products, cancellation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
We do accept cancelations for the following exceptions:
- Cancelation within 24 hours: if you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been processed.
- Cancelations after 24 hours: in the case your order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancelation of your order after 24 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.
Some out of stock items are available for pre-orders.
These will be indicated as “Available on backorder” when adding an item to your cart or as ‘PRE-ORDER’ in the listing itself.
- Backordered items have an estimated processing time of 4-6 weeks but may differ depending on the item. Thank you for your patience.
- If your order includes one or more back ordered item, your order will be delayed until all items are available and shipped as one. If you need immediate shipping of your available items, it is possible to split your order and pay for a second shipment: customerservice@coracreacrafts.com
Subscriptions renew automatically every period (every month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. depending on the subscription chosen)
Renewal are on the 27th of the month for the Vintage Craft Box. The Treasure box renewal is on the 15th of the month after each period.
You can switch to manual renewals, suspend or cancel your subscription anytime in your account by logging in or by making a request on the chat or by email. You can go into your account in the menu or via this link: https://coracreacrafts.com/my-account/
Please note that boxes will renew unless put on hold or cancelled. Leaving a note with your order indicating you want a specific box only does not guarantee cancellation of the subscription as the system is automated.
Canceling a subscription does not cancel any future shipments already paid for, it only cancels automatic renewal. Here are some examples:
– In the case of a 3 month subscription paid before the 26th of the month, that payment covers boxes for that month, and 2 months after. If paid before July 26th, it would cover shipments in July, August and September. Canceling any time between July and September will not cancel the boxes for July, August and September, only the upcoming renewal on the 27th of September for the 3 next months.
Examples for monthly subscriptions:
– you sign up on the 25th of December, you will be charged the December box on the 25th of December, and then on the 27th of December for the January box
– you sign up on the 27th of December, you will be charged right away for the January box and be charged again on the 27th of January for the next box (February box)
In the event that a box is sold out (this will be announced on the listing), your subscription will start with the upcoming box.
