We do accept cancelations for the following exceptions:
- Cancelation within 48 hours: if you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been shipped.
- Cancelations after 48 hours: in the case your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancelation of your order after 48 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.

In the case that we process a refund after the order has been shipped or delivered, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.
