Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days from the time the order is shipped for US orders. International orders take 3-6 weeks on average.

Due to the nature of our products, cancelation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

We do accept cancelations for the following exceptions:

• Cancelation within 48 hours: if you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been shipped.
• Cancelations after 48 hours: in the case your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancelation of your order after 48 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.

In the event you are unsatisfied with something you receive please contact us at customerservice@coracreacrafts.com so we may work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution. In the case that we process a refund after the order has been shipped or delivered, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.
