We aim to process all orders with 2 business days. All orders are shipped from Nashville, Tennessee, United States.
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $75 USD. For orders below $75, there will be a shipping fee based on on the products ordered and your specific address. You will see the exact shipping options on the checkout page.
We offer international shipping. Fees are based on weights, sizes and destination country. We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, and import duties that may be issued by your country. Delivery times may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. On average it is usually 1-3 weeks.
If a product is pre-ordered or backordered, an estimated timeframe will be indicated next to the product. If your order includes one or more backordered item, your order will be delayed until all items are available and shipped as one. If you need immediate shipping of your available items, it is possible to split your order by contacting us: customerservice@coracreacrafts.com

Due to the nature of our products, cancelation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
We do accept cancellations for the following exceptions:
- Cancelling within 24 hours: if you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been shipped.
- Cancellations after 24 hours: in the case your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancelation of your order after 24 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.
- If your order has shipped, immediate cancelation is not possible. You can return your parcel to us at your own cost for a store credit.
In the event you are unsatisfied with something you receive please contact us at customerservice@coracreacrafts.com immediately so we may work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution. In the case that we process a refund after the order has been shipped or delivered, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.
