Delivery times may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. On average it is usually 1-3 weeks.

If a product is pre-ordered or backordered, an estimated timeframe will be indicated next to the product. If your order includes one or more backordered item, your order will be delayed until all items are available and shipped as one. Return and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, cancelation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

We do accept cancellations for the following exceptions:

Cancelling within 24 hours: if you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been shipped.
Cancellations after 24 hours: in the case your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancelation of your order after 24 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.
If your order has shipped, immediate cancelation is not possible. You can return your parcel to us at your own cost for a store credit.

In the event you are unsatisfied with something you receive please contact us at customerservice@coracreacrafts.com immediately so we may work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution. In the case that we process a refund after the order has been shipped or delivered, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

I naught the light blue and the orange. The designs and colors are beautiful and it looks like they are just small packs I was shocked to see how big they are and how many different designs with only one duplicate. So two each of the designs with no other duplicate and they are the size of a book! I can’t wait to find a way to use it all but it will take me a good amount of time. Now I like to use a bunch of different styles but I love having a large amount in my favorite styles. I’m somewhat a beginner so I’m trying to build up my materials and these books are great for that or for refreshing your materials. Orange is not a color I usually go to but the designs that are shown were cute and when it got here and I saw all the designs and shades with the color that I actually got excited to use orange. This makes them good for trying new colors you don’t usually work with. Also the paper is a great texture and thickness.
