We offer international shipping. Fees are based on weights, sizes and destination country. We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, and import duties that may be issued by your country. Delivery times may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. On average it is usually 1-3 weeks.

If a product is pre-ordered or backordered, an estimated timeframe will be indicated in the product description. If your order includes one or more backordered item, your order will be delayed until all items are available and shipped as one. Return and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, cancelation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

We do accept cancellations for the following exceptions:

Cancelling within 24 hours: if you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been shipped.
Cancellations after 24 hours: in the case your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancelation of your order after 24 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.
If your order has shipped, immediate cancelation is not possible. You can return your parcel to us at your own cost for a store credit.

In the event you are unsatisfied with something you receive please contact us at customerservice@coracreacrafts.com immediately so we may work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution. In the case that we process a refund after the order has been shipped or delivered, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

I love this journal so much. The cover is stunning but the inside is just as great! I love the aged look of the brown pages, not to mention the beautiful gold edges. Also, the paper is high quality. I can stick down stickers and washi and PET tape and use glue runners. So far every time I've wanted to move something that's already been stuck down I have had no problem with tearing or damage. Just pull up slow and voila! The notebook has a book band in the back that i didn't know about and also has a ribbon bookmark, all great features. <3
