This product ships within 3-7 business days from the United States. If this product is backordered, an estimated timeframe will be indicated next to the product. If your order includes one or more backordered item, your order will be delayed until all items are available and shipped as one. Due to the nature of our products, cancelation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

We do accept cancelations for the following exceptions:

• Cancelation within 48 hours: if you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been shipped.
• Cancelations after 48 hours: in the case your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancelation of your order after 48 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.

In the event you are unsatisfied with something you receive please contact us at [email protected] so we may work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution. In the case that we process a refund after the order has been shipped or delivered, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days from the time the order is shipped for US orders. International orders take 3-6 weeks on average.
