Boxes ship by the 20th of each month for all renewals and for orders placed before the 16th of the month.
Orders placed after the 16th of the month will be shipped within our regular shipping time frame (3-7 business days).

Due to the nature of our products, cancelation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

We do accept cancelations for the following exceptions:

• Cancelation within 48 hours: if you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded to your payment method provided it has not yet been shipped.
• Cancelations after 48 hours: in the case your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancelation of your order after 48 hours. This will be refunded as a gift card to use in the shop.

In the event you are unsatisfied with something you receive please contact us at [email protected] so we may work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution. In the case that we process a refund after the order has been shipped or delivered, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

• By ordering today you will receive the current box indicated at the top of this listing. The current box is available until the 26th of the month or until sold out.
• Orders placed on or after the 27th of the month automatically register to start with the upcoming box.
• Examples: order between the 27th of May and 26th of June and receive the June Box – order between 27th of June and 26th of July and receive July Box
• You can sign up for different terms: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months – the total amount of the term is prepaid and your subscription will renew after that term.
• The longer the term you select, the larger the discount compared to the monthly subscription
• Subscriptions renew automatically every period  (every month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. depending on the subscription chosen)
• Renewals take place on the 27th of the month
• You can switch to manual renewals, suspend or cancel your subscription anytime in your account: cancelations after the renewal took place will only take effect the month after – cancel after 27th of June, subscription is renewed for July and will be cancelled for August
• If you do not wish to subscribe and only want one box:
  1. Sign up and pay for the monthly subscription
  2. Go into your account and cancel your subscription: My account – CoraCreaCrafts
  3. This will ensure you get only the one box in question

Ordering several subscription boxes?

Don’t worry about duplicates! If you’re thinking about getting this box in addition to another box, note that the items are individual to each box (and each month) so you will not get the same item twice. In addition, please note that most items are also different from products available in my shop, so little chance to get duplicates there too.
